Do the pounds STAY OFF for the long run… like i mean YEARS..(more than 2 or 3).. I have tried just about every one out there. There is a common misconception that Network Marketing is not a realistic and valid business. Some have even referred to it as a “Pyramid Scheme”.

Pyramid Schemes were given much press in the late 1980s and into the ’90s, and some of the stigma still exists today.  Let me make this perfectly clear,  a pyramid scheme is when someone provides money, but does not get a product in return. Lemon Garlic Shrimp and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 2 large red bell peppers, diced
  • 2 pounds asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch lengths
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, (26-30 per pound), peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.      Add bell peppers, asparagus, lemon zest and 1/4 teaspoon salt and cook,      stirring occasionally, until just beginning to soften, about 6 minutes.      Transfer the vegetables to a bowl; cover to keep warm.
  2. Add the remaining 2 teaspoons oil and garlic to the pan and cook,      stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook, stirring,      for 1 minute. Whisk broth and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth and      add to the pan along with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cook, stirring,      until the sauce has thickened slightly and the shrimp are pink and just      cooked through, about 2 minutes more. Remove from the heat. Stir in lemon      juice and parsley. Serve the shrimp and sauce over the vegetables.

Lose Weight and Keep it off!

I’ve been asked alot in the last few days if Isagenix works and if you keep it off.  The answer is yes and yes!!  My good friend who showed me Isagenix has lost over 65 pounds a few years ago and kept it off.  Isagenix is NOT a diet.  You do not deprive yourself and you will not feel hungry.  You have 2 shakes a day and a sensible meal.  We have fantastic tasting snacks that can help you as well! And Chocolate!  You keep it off because once you try the program, you will feel so fantastic after only a week or less, that you will realize that you WANT to have one of our delicious shakes every day.  Once you have reached your goal weight, you continue with just one shake a day for breakfast and cleanse once or twice a month.
